The 2023 is a small portable monitor that may be used both for testing components for gas leaks and as a portable gas flow rate transfer standard. It may be ordered as a one or a two-range device where each range has a 1,000 to 1 turn-down ratio. Full scale ranges are user specified as high as 250 slpm or as low as 20 sccm. Over 50 different gases may be used.

Portable Flow Rate Standard
The Model 2500 Vacuum Leakage Rate Testing Monitor is a compact, light-weight rig used for performing vacuum leakage rate tests on valves, fittings and penetrations. This monitor is available in a one or two range configuration. Full scales as high as 30 slpm and low as 20 sccm are available. The unit also includes a high accuracy pressure channel. A precision vacuum pressure regulator is used to allow for vacuum testing to be successfully used even on large test volumes.

Portable Flow Rate Standard
The Model 2123 Water Leakage Rate Monitor utilizes high accuracy ultrasonic flow meter(s) in a flow make-up configuration for the precision leakage rate testing of water tested valves, fittings, piping systems and other components utilizing a site demin or service water supply. This high accuracy device may also be used as a portable liquid flow rate transfer standard.
This unit can be ordered in a one or two flow range configuration along with a pressure channel. Each flow channel has a 1000 t0 1 turn-down ratio. User specified full scales may be as high as 5 gpm or as low as 0.0026 gpm.
