OVERVIEW
The Model 2023-1 is a compact, highly portable single-range gas leak rate monitor that does two jobs: it measures leak rates in valves, fittings, and penetrations, and it serves as a precision gas flow transfer standard for verifying and calibrating other leak-test equipment. Full-scale ranges span 20 sccm to 250 slpm (user-specified), and paired with the 1,000:1 turndown ratio, the instrument resolves leaks down to 0.02 sccm at the low end of its range. Measurement uses the flow make-up method with ±1% of reading accuracy.

Built for the field as much as the bench, the 2023-1 runs on battery or 24 Vdc wall power, is ready in under one second from power-on, and logs time-stamped data to USB in Excel format. A built-in bypass line lets you fill large-volume components quickly before the measurement begins, so you spend your time testing rather than waiting.
