OVERVIEW
The Model 2123 uses high-accuracy ultrasonic flow meters in a flow make-up configuration for precision leakage-rate testing of water-tested valves, fittings, piping systems, and other components — using site demineralized or service water. Two flow ranges span a 10,000:1 turn-down, from 0.0005 to 5.28 gpm, at ±1% of reading, while two pressure channels track both inlet and discharge/test pressure at once.
Fully portable, the 2123 runs on battery or 24 Vdc wall power, is operated from a 5-inch color touch screen, and logs time-stamped data to USB in Excel format. For hydrostatic work, the optional Model 2124 High Pressure Module extends test capability up to 2,200 psig. The instrument also serves as a portable water flow-rate standard for verifying and calibrating installed flow instrumentation.
